Changes to signed documentation
In December we made some changes to our signed documentation
which means we now require all applicants to sign the application
form.
In order to proceed to completion we must receive the
entire completed application form with the applicant(s)
original signature(s).
Applications submitted since Monday 12
December:
Once the application has been submitted
download the pre-filled application form for applicant(s) to
sign. You will need to send us the entire completed form with
the original signature(s). There is no longer an acceptance
form attached to the Offer for the applicant to sign.
Pipeline applications submitted before Monday 12
December:
We will still require the signed Acceptance
of Offer from the applicant(s).
Why did we make these
changes?
Improves speed to completion by asking for signed
documentation upfront
Reduces
the number of documents to be signed by the applicant(s).
Currently they have to sign a new acceptance
where a case is re-offered.
Removes
the need for reference permission forms as the signed application
form can be used where necessary
Gives you
peace of mind that all of the applicants’ details are accurate at
the initial application stage allowing
the applicant to identify any errors upfront -
saving time further along the process
