Important information when selecting 7 and 10 year fixed
rates through click
When selecting a Mainstream 7 or a 10 year fixed product for
your client, please key within the kfi or decision a mortgage term
that exceeds the initial fixed/discounted term. For example, the
minimum term for a 7 year fixed is 8 years and for a 10 year
fixed the minimum is 11 years. If this process is not
followed the required product will not appear
for selection at application stage.
