Platform will normally instruct the applicants solicitors to act upon its behalf as long as the firm has a minimum of two partners or is registered on the solictors panel of Britannia Building Society.

Local Authority Search Insurance Update - Platform will accept search insurance on remortgages only. This must be arranged with First Title Insurance plc who provide the policy, which is solely for Platform's benefit. You will need to register with First Title to purchase the cover at www.fast-title.com or call 0808 100 6789.
