extremely tough year for all companies operating in the UK mortgage
market. We have taken the decision to consolidate our position and
ensure we have the most effective team and sales structure in place
to serve the growing needs of our customers. This new framework
will not only ensure we are operating at the maximum efficiency
during leaner times but will enable us to be fully responsive to
any opportunities that present themselves when the market begins to
recover.
“I am confident the ongoing support of our parent Britannia also
ensures we are in a strong position to tackle effectively the
challenges we are faced with.”
