Bogus email warning
Platform is aware of a bogus email that has been sent to some
members of the public from an email address using Platform’s name.
The e-mail includes a request for a processing fee and asks
individuals to provide details of their identification in order for
funds to be released from Platform. Please be advised that
these emails are not genuine.
Please note that Platform conducts mortgage business via
Mortgage Intermediaries and would not send unsolicited emails of
this type. If you are not conducting business with Platform and
receive any unsolicited emails of this nature please forward it to
Platform’s Financial Crime team at ihaveseenascam@co-operative.co.uk
