Inter-Alliance joins forces with Platform
Inter-Alliance, the UK’s leading national Independent
Financial Advisory Group, has appointed Platform, the "one-stop"
intermediary lender of Britannia Building Society, to its mortgage
panel.
Inter-Alliance’s mortgage proposition was launched in January
2003. Since then as the group has positioned itself for approaching
regulation a full range of services and products has been developed
for both qualified and non mortgage qualified advisers. With the
addition of Platform, an all status lender, to its panel,
Inter-Alliance will be able to offer intermediaries competitive
rates on non-conforming, Right to Buy and prime mortgages as well
as self-certification and buy-to-let products.
Stuart Wilson, Mortgage Development Director at Inter-Alliance,
said:
"Having positioned the group in the network market for Mortgage
business we plan to recruit higher producing mortgage specialists
in addition to our existing IFAs and advisers. Platform is a
significant addition to the lenders we are working with in offering
a complete range of products and services to intermediaries. They
bring leading products to meet a wide range of customer needs and I
believe we can build strong business levels with them."
