Platform appoints Organisational Development Manager

Platform, the intermediary lender of Britannia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Marsh to the new post of Organisational Development Manager.

Reporting directly to the company’s People & Organisational Development Director Peter Egner, Stephen takes responsibility for a wide range of areas from leadership development and culture through to organisational design and talent management.

Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience from a number of organisational development roles within various Financial Services organisations and most recently with Lastminute.com.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Egner said: “We are delighted to welcome Stephen to Platform and to this new and hugely important role within the organisation. Our people are the lifeblood of the company and Stephen’s role is key to ensuring Platform becomes an even greater place to work, grow and develop.
