Platform appoints new Head of Sales

Platform, the intermediary lender of Britannia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Beardshaw as Head of Sales. He will be responsible for managing Platform’s sales force and the overall company sales strategy.

Richard has worked for Platform’s Sales Department for over seven years in a variety of roles including Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Region and most recently as Divisional Sales Manager. Richard began his career with Barclays Bank before joining Scottish Life as a Life & Pensions Consultant. He will manage Platform’s team of 20 sales staff and manage corporate and large introducer relationships.
