Platform boosts sales team with appointment of Divisional Sales
Manager
Platform, the intermediary lender of Britannia, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Iain Dickson to the key post
of Divisional Sales Manager.
Iain will be responsible for achieving sales targets based on
volumes, margin and product mix objectives and supporting the
organisation in achieving its strategic business goals. Reporting
directly to Richard Beardshaw, Platform's Head of Sales, Iain will
be in charge of a team of thirteen that includes two regional
managers, a corporate relationship manager and ten business
development managers.
Iain has over thirty years experience working within the Bank of
Scotland's mortgage division in a variety of account management and
sales roles, culminating in Head of External Sales, Mortgages
UK.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Beardshaw, Platform's
Head of Sales said: "We are delighted to welcome Iain to Platform.
The wealth of experience he brings from his time at the Bank of
Scotland will prove invaluable as we continue to bolster our sales
force and we are very pleased to have an individual with Iain's
management expertise on board.

contributed to an impressive growth in sales and have cemented our
position within the specialist mortgage sector. We have a number of
exciting and ambitious initiatives planned for the remainder of
2006 and I am confident that Iain will play a major role in driving
the business forward during these exciting times."
Iain is Ce-Map qualified and is currently studying for his
Lifetime Mortgages qualification.
