Platform launch clickapplication - new online facility launched
to complete online sales process
Platform, the intermediary lender of Britannia, has
announced today that it will be launching its new online
application tool ‘clickapplication’ on Monday 24th July. The
facility will save intermediaries valuable time by enabling them to
submit a full application through the company’s website by also
using its online pre-sale KFI and decision tool, ‘clickKFI’ and
‘clickdecision’.
As well as saving time for intermediaries, clickapplication also
has a host of additional benefits.
Keys features of clickapplication:
Simple to use
Convert Key Facts Illustrations (KFIs) to decisions to
applications
Validates information
Accepts payment of fees online
Allows packaged and unpackaged cases
Allows selection of exclusive products and Mortgage
Clubs
Links to Policy Manual throughout process
Reuses information from clickdecision – no re-keying
required
In addition, to raise funds for Platform’s corporate charity
CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading children’s cancer charity, the
company will be donating ten pence for every application submitted
online until the end of February next year.
Commenting on the launch Paul Hunt, Platform’s Head of Marketing
said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of clickapplication,
the next step of our online development. This tool is a significant
milestone in the company’s ongoing ecommerce strategy as it allows
the whole sales process to be completed online for the first time
and follows on from the incredible success of clickdecision, which
has now given over 130,000 decisions.”
“Online technology now plays such an important part in today’s
intermediary mortgage market, it is difficult to see any lender who
is serious about this distribution channel not having some form of
online offering now. At Platform, we wish to remain at the
forefront of the specialist mortgage market and the launch of
clickapplication, along with our recent criteria enhancements, will
enable us to maintain this position with intermediaries.”
The launch of clickapplication follows a rigorous external pilot
programme conducted with a panel of intermediaries.
