Platform strengthens sales team with new BDM appointments
Platform, the intermediary lender of Britannia, is
pleased to announce the appointment of two new Business Development
Managers to its Sales team. Kelsey Edge will manage operations in
the East Midlands and Andy Brooke in the south of
England.
In their new positions, Kelsey and Andy will be responsible for
increasing business in their respective regions by enhancing
Platform’s relationships with existing intermediary contacts and
packager accounts and developing new contacts to grow business
volume.
Kelsey was previously Department Manager for the mortgage
packaging and underwriting divisions of Derby-based brokers
Mortgage Force and prior to that held senior underwriting and
customer service positions with Future Finance and Halifax Plc.
Andy previously spent seven years with Zurich Financial Services
in a variety of senior management positions and more recently spent
three years with Enterprise Broker Services as Head of Group
Operations.
Commenting on the appointments Richard Beardshaw, Platform’s
Head of Sales said: “Kelsey and Andrew bring with them many years
of strong management and sales experience and we are delighted to
welcome them both to Platform. We have ambitious plans for the
future as we anticipate writing even greater volumes of business in
the remainder of the year and these appointments will be key to
ensuring our continuing success.”
Kelsey Edge will report into Regional Manager Richard Daibell
and Andrew Brooke into Divisional Sales Manager Phil Riches.
