Buy to Let Calculator

 

 

Our Buy to Let calculator allows you to enter the total loan amount and rate to work out the total monthly amount. Alternatively, enter the monthly rental income to calculate the total loan amount.

 

The rental calculation is calculated using the higher of the pay rate or the reversionary rate.
