updating our supporting document requirements
We’re continually looking at ways to speed
up our processes and make it easier for you to do business with
us. This year we listened to your feedback and made the
following changes.
- We no longer need to see the original
signature on ID documents so you can now send these to us via
document upload, email or fax
- For proof of deposit, we removed the need
for internet bank statements to be signed by a branch as long as
it’s clear that the statement is clearly linked to the
applicant.
…introduced arrangement fee options across our
range
We understand that each of your clients have
different needs so it’s helpful if you’re able to offer them a
choice of arrangement fees. We have %, fixed and £0
