…made it easier for you and your clients by updating our supporting document requirements

 

We’re continually looking at ways to speed up our processes and make it easier for you to do business with us.  This year we listened to your feedback and made the following changes.

 

  • We no longer need to see the original signature on ID documents so you can now send these to us via document upload, email or fax
  • For proof of deposit, we removed the need for internet bank statements to be signed by a branch as long as it’s clear that the statement is clearly linked to the applicant.

 

…introduced arrangement fee options across our range

 

We understand that each of your clients have different needs so it’s helpful if you’re able to offer them a choice of arrangement fees.  We have %, fixed and £0 arrangement fee options in our product range so you can offer your clients the product which works best for them.

...reduced our administration fee from £140 to £89


We held a number of Platform Live events throughout the year to gather feedback about how we could improve our products and service to you and your clients.  As a result of these events and your feedback we reduced our administration fee from £140 to £89. 

 

increased our Buy to Let lending by more than 10 times since last year

 

We developed our Buy to Let proposition in response to what you were telling us by:

    Bullet point increasing our allowance on BTL portfolio size with all lenders from 5 to 10
    Bullet point offering free valuation for purchase as well as remortgage on all BTL products
    Bullet point launching innovative new products including the Options range with no ERC 
    Bullet point launching Cashback products designed to help new landlords.
