We've moved!
Since Monday 23 August we have been in the
process of moving our application processing centre to Leek,
Staffordshire.
During the transition we have taken a phased approach to the
move and we are now pleased to confirm that all new applications
will now be handled in our Leek office.
What changes will be taking place?

All literature relating to your clients application has been
updated with the Leek address, as follows:

Please ensure that all post and documentation relating to your
clients application is now sent onto this address.
Application numbers
Application numbers will now start with ‘503…’. This signifies that
your case is being handled in Leek.
Contact details
All email updates that you
receive from our Leek processing will contain the lending advisor
and team contact details on. You can also view your team contact
details on our contact page
For general application and click system queries you can
continue to call our Customer Care Team on 0845 070 1999*
The move has provided us with access to additional staff
with skills and experience in mortgage processing, enabling our
intermediary business to grow and deliver excellent customer
service more consistently to you.
