Switching your mortgage product could not be easier

1. Review your current mortgage

 

If you’re in the last three months of your mortgage product, we’ll allow you to secure your next rate now, and this will automatically transfer at the end of your current deal.

 

2. Am I eligible?

 

You can switch your mortgage product as long as: 

  • You have not been in arrears in the last 12 months.
  • The mortgage property is still your main residence.

 

3. Expert advice to help you decide

 

With our Advised Service, one of our expert mortgage advisers will collect information about your personal circumstances so that they can recommend a mortgage that is suitable for you.

 

However, if you already know what mortgage product you’re looking for, in certain circumstances, we may be able to provide an Execution Only Service. This means you would be responsible for making your own choice of product; we will not give any advice, assess the suitability of, or recommend any new product to you and you will not benefit from the protection you would get from receiving advice.

 

4. How to switch

 

You have two options:

  • Complete an Advised application, where an advisor can help you choose the most suitable product for you.
  • Complete an Execution Only application (subject to eligibility). Browse our range of mortgages to make sure you know which product you want.
