Buy to Let Products for Existing Customers

As an existing Buy to Let customer, you can contact us to request to switch to a new product, up to 4 months before your current deal expires.

 

We have a range of fixed and tracker rate mortgages available, including fee free options. As we are unable to provide advice about your Buy to Let product switch, you will need to review the range of products available to you, and make your own choice about what is suitable for your circumstances. Simply choose the product you want from the list below, and then call us to today on 01752 236550 to speak to a Mortgage Associate, so we can arrange an appointment for you. After your appointment, we can progress your switch so that you will move onto your new product when your current one expires.

 

If you would like to borrow additional funds, or move your Buy to Let mortgage to another Buy to Let property, then please also contact us to arrange this.

 

You can see our full range of Buy to Let products for existing customers below. Your Loan to Value (LTV) will determine the range of products for which you are eligible. If a re-valuation of your property could result in you moving to a lower LTV band, we can arrange this for you free of charge, once you have submitted your product switch application.

Please note, that if you wish to borrow into retirement, reduce the term of an interest only mortgage, or increase the payments of your existing Buy to Let mortgage, it may be better for you to seek advice, so you will need to apply for your product switch via an Independent Mortgage Advisor.
