Platform is the intermediary lender of The Co-operative Bank
p.l.c. Launched in February 2003, the company was created
from the merger of Platform Home Loans and Verso, both Britannia
subsidiaries. Following the merger of Britannia and The
Co-operative Financial Services on 1 August 2009, Platform now
benefits from being part of a bigger organisation whose vision
is to be the UK's most admired financial services business.
We offer a wide range of mortgage products from Mainstream to
Buy to Let. For your protection, Platform only works with
professional mortgage advisers. The FSA's
Money Made Clear website contains information and tips on how
to get financial advice and getting help from a mortgage
broker.
With over 10 years experience in the intermediary mortgage market,
our customers can depend on our knowledge, expertise and product
excellence. To date, we have originated over 165,000
mortgages worth over £16.36bn of mortgage business. We have
also won numerous industry awards including the coveted Your
Mortgage Award for Best Intermediary Mortgage Lender for 4
years running.

Our Head Office is based in London’s Docklands and we currently
employ over 200 people working in a variety of roles from mortgage
processing to product development and marketing.
