Training
At Platform we offer you a comprehensive training program to

- An induction into your role and the business
- Technical skills training
- Product and service training
- Compliance and core knowledge training
- Management/supervisory training
- Systems and other on the job training
You'll be encouraged to develop yourself and undertake
appropriate self-development activities, supported by your line
manager, driven by an individual personal development plan which
you will have jointly agreed and put in place. You'll also have
regular meetings with your line manager to monitor your progress,
and to ensure you're getting all the training you need.
