Professional mortgage products

Our professional mortgage products are designed for newly qualified professional applicants who meet the Bank's approved list and criteria requirements, including fully qualified Accountants, Actuaries, Architects, Barristers, Chartered Surveyors, Dentists, Medical Doctors, Optometrists, Pharmacists, Solicitors and Veterinarians.

One or more of the applicants must have become fully qualified in the last 5 years.

The Professional Mortgage product will allow enhanced income multipliers up to a maximum of 5.5 x income, subject to the Bank’s criteria and affordability assessment.

Help to Buy mortgage products

We offer mortgages as part of the UK Government’s Help to Buy Shared Equity scheme in England and Wales. The scheme is designed to help buyers who are looking to purchase a new-build property, either as a first time buyer or to move homes.

(This excludes Help to Buy remortgage customers.)

Residential Interest Only

We now offer a residential Interest-Only mortgage which gives customers a choice of how to repay their mortgage.

Interest-Only mortgages are subject to a customer having a suitable repayment plan to pay off the mortgage balance at or before the end of their mortgage term.
